| 1) LIVINGSTONE ROAD, HOVE, was
an exciting development with a clear goal of providing 3
sizeable flats. Major excavation was
necessary to provide natural light and suitable
access to the basement flat (flat 1). During
excavation, old bread ovens were discovered giving
an historical insight in to the area and can be
viewed below. A loft conversion enlarged
flat 3 from a 1 to a 2 bedroom property
and brand new facilities and amenities were fitted
within each property and all finished to a
high specification. Pictures of project
2) Our clients property was damp and in a poor
state of repair.
We were commissioned to gut the structure
to it’s shell and then rebuild to include new
amenities and services.
The following pictures give some idea of
before and after renovation.

3) By selective tender, we were chosen to build a
gallery extension in Rottingdean.
Specialist bricks and laying techniques
were used along with a large amount of oak to
ensure the extension matched the existing house
appearance and retained it’s character.
Additional amenities were installed to cope
with any increase in demand.

4) Our client wished to double their living space
through the construction of a 2 storey extension. We
were commissioned to build the 2 story extension
in keeping with the existing house, provide
plumbing and electrical amenities, build a raised
patio at the rear and construct a new driveway.

5) Through competitive tender, we were awarded
a large multiple extension project for a house in
Hove
, increasing the living space by 50%. Part
of the contract was to build a loft conversion and
due to its size, the roof would be required to be
removed during build and so leaving the house open
to the elements.
A “tin lid” was built around the
property, as detailed below, to allow building
work to continue regardless of weather conditions
and also prevent water ingress.
All works were carried out to a high
standard to include major plumbing and electrical
work upgrades to allow for greater load demands.

6) An exciting opportunity arose to convert an
old stable in Plumpton into holiday chalets. Through
competitive tender we were awarded the project and
started work as soon as the plans were completed
and planning permission approved.
In keeping with the buildings
character and local rural surroundings, works were
undertaken to construct 2 chalets that conform to
the latest building and energy regulations.
The completed job provided a rustic
atmosphere with the latest modern conveniences in
a rural setting and the following pictures detail
the conversion with only final site clearance and
furniture installation required in order to let
the chalets to the public. Pictures of project
